Shipment information
Orders received before 8.00 am are prepared the same day and despatched that evening.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon and over the weekend are despatched the following Monday afternoon.
Delivery times:
Free delivery for orders of 80 € or more.
Orders for France are sent by Colissimo Suivi (tracked) and delivered in 48 hours
Orders for abroad are sent by Colissimo International and delivered in 4 to 8 working days depending on the destination.
No shipments on public holidays.
We cannot guarantee the above delivery times during busy periods (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter). Add a few extra days for delivery at these times of year.

We take great care to protect packages from damage when they are being prepared so that our products arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery rates:
In France by Colissimo suivi: 8 €
Abroad:
- 20.10 € inside the European Union and Switzerland.
- 24.00 € for east European countries not in the EU, and north Africa.
- 37.00 € for the United States, other African countries, Canada, Near East and Middle East, Asia.
Deliveries to French overseas departments and territories
The recipient to whom the package is addressed must settle customs charges in French Guiana, and customs duties and VAT in Martinique, Guadeloupe and Réunion Island, upon collection.
