In addition to being an exceptional chocolate maker, he is also a prodigious confectioner, creating sweets you can nibble at to your heart’s content and beyond. Olivier Buisson’s experience and qualities have made him a member of the "Relais Desserts" association. His chocolates enjoy international renown, and each year he exports his products to Japan for Valentine’s Day.
